...and this is going to sound crazy, and justifiably so, but honestly? It was better than I thought it was going to be.

To boldly go where no one has gone be -- SPOILERS! )

So, honestly? It does have its share of problems, but it really isn't as bad as I thought it would be.

...and it was pretty awesome. It definitely got my mind off things, especially considering...well, I've been having some difficulties. Leftover anger issues, one could say. But the film I saw with my group was really good. Basically, it's about a girl who has to put her life back together after she loses the use of her legs in a car accident. It was really sad in parts, but also really well-done. Great characters, great dialogue, great everything, really.

Also going with someone from the group to the movie DJANGO UNCHAINED. My dad's a little uncertain about it, but I'm interested in seeing it at any rate. At least from what I've heard.

And that's my day thus far. How are you guys?

Currently have 36,743 words under my belt. *Winces and rubs wrists, which are no doubt sore and abused by now* Also got to tap into Obi-Wan's mindset a little more, and offer some degree of an insight into how some of the media works in regards to the Clone Wars. Got to at least go further into the whole matter of the Jedi's...arguable Moral Dissonance that some say is the case (and to be fair, it's not like I entirely disagree). As well as Obi-Wan's thoughts on the matter. Also, I think this is actually turning out more different in regards to Revenge of the Sith than "Murder The Dawn" has. Pretty weird, really.

So, bottom line? Keep being awesome for me, Obi-Wan, okay? :)

...and I have to say it actually went pretty well! :D A few missteps, such as going to the wrong period when I was supposed to have a break and everything (not helped by the fact that I was already pretty tired. I didn't get much sleep last night, ugh!), but other than that, it went pretty well. :) The teachers are nice, the other students are nice, and I generally felt pretty at ease there. *Hopes rest of the year goes just as smoothly*

I will admit I was really nervous at first, especially in terms of giving my speech (especially after I heard all the other speeches and thought, "Oh no, there is no way in hell that I can measure up."). Also, in terms of sitting on the stage for two hours, trying not to have a panic attack. And even before walking in, trying not to have a panic attack. But honestly, in terms of everything at the graduation, I did okay -- and it was definitely a wonderful occasion. Great speeches, a few goofs like the microphone randomly shorting out while one of the administrators was giving a speech -- luckily, we had a good audience.

Overall, I can say that this was one of the best days of my life. A bit sad, yes, a bit emotional, yes, but ultimately? One of the best days of my life. :)

Went to Halloween party at my school earlier. Went as Belle -- call it a bit of a last-minute choice by my mom and I, especially considering that I was agonizing what to go as: Padme, Belle, Eowyn, etc. And let's say even we got the costume chosen (it was Belle. The yellow ballroom dress, to be more specific), I was still kind of scared of how the party would turn out -- I get really antsy in crowds, and I worried I wouldn't fit in (socially) well at the party. It turned out better than expected -- best parts were definitely the costume contest (even though I actually got a degree of stage fright when I -- for the first time -- decided to participate in it) and watching some really good movies. Am currently exhausted right now (and a little sad it's over), but satisfied.

In the meantime, I hope everyone who's reading this is having a great Halloween. :)
