She's introduced in "The Key To Time" arc, which starts with "The Ribos Operation"--it's a pretty fun arc if you can overlook the terrible special effects and general dated-ness. A good introduction to Four, too, if you haven't seen him. (I'm one of the people who likes Romana I better, so I have a special fondness for it.)

"City of Death" is a good story featuring Romana II, as well as just a great story in general (it was ghost-written by Douglas Adams, and he reworked many elements of it into "Dirk Gently's Holistic Detective Agency."

I got Donna Noble. Huh. Not my favorite companion, but far from my least favorite - I can see how that would work.
