The first two stories. They're... gross.

The first one reminds me of a slave you rescue in Morrowind. She's stuffed with drugs and isn't meant to survive... you can take her to the place where she was sold where she's cut open, or you can get her to freedom where she gets medical help. Really disturbing when you think about it.
