Date: 2011-07-04 05:48 pm (UTC)2. Let's say I'm always afraid of not being good enough, or not being able to make people happy. It's one of those odd neuroses I have. Also, worrying about sounding stupid.
4. Biting the inside of my mouth, especially when I'm nervous/bored/uncomfortable.
6. I'd really like to go to Europe sometime. :)
9. "Poison" by Alice Cooper. Which kicks a lot of ass. :3
12. Five things I like about myself:
(a) My hair.
(b) My eyes.
(c) My hands.
(d) I'm definitely learning new things that I wouldn't have learned otherwise. How to make LJ icons, for instance, and write sporkings. :) Just the little skills that make a huge difference later on. ^^
(e) I think I'm really getting better at the accepting people's opinions thing. Back when I was young and naive...well, let's say I wasn't very good at it. XD
Five things I dislike about myself:
(a) I'm very nervous and insecure.
(b) I can get easily irritated.
(c) I can get easily hurt. I'm still working on it though.
(d) I'm terrible at paying attention in school. Another thing I'm working on. :)
(e) I tend to overreact/overgeneralize.
13. (a) A good DVD ripper for making music videos.
(b) A copy of the MASS EFFECT games (unfortunately, I doubt even after I become an adult my mom would ever let me buy M-rated games. She's...kind of overprotective, let's say. :)
(c) To watch the STAR WARS movies all over again.

I'll admit, I don't remember it very well -- I don't cry very much, except maybe over the little things -- but one time I came close to crying was listening to Dear Friend by Union: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ct4m1iqXyx8. Usually though, I don't cry. I emotionally shut down instead. Other times I've done it: the death of Ma-Ti in TGWTG's "Suburban Knights", and one line of dialogue between Luke and Vader that I proposed to the anakin_icontest community for a photomanip based on the song Home by Foo-Fighters (another song that makes me cry: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ccFNw0gkHnU): "Please don't cry, Father. You know I can't stand it when you cry."
...yeah, I'm kind of a dork that way. XD

(b) Dudette, I love you with all my heart, but would you constantly stop putting down the fanboys? Yes, they can get annoying, but those are just a few. You don't have to listen to them -- just turn your back on them. Laugh at them a bit. Goading them is giving them what they want (in fact, I think they kind of get off on it). I'm not saying you have no right to facepalm at their stupidity, but taunting them just isn't the right course of action to take. Just ignore them, and they'll go away. Eventually.
(c) Dude, go fuck yourself. You're a horrible fucking human being -- you have no respect for women or your own audience, you have zero tolerance for constructive criticism, you have such an obsession with bashing TWILIGHT that I'm pretty sure even the most diehard detractors would have to go, "Dude, chill out! Jesus!", your obsession with bashing Michael Bay borders on creepy, and you seem to think that all movies should apply to any of the True Art categories (e.g. incomprehensible, didactic, offensive, etc.). And you're a fucking hypocrite to boot. I used to absolutely adore you, but now? You're dead to me. There's no valid place in any sane conversation for you -- fuck, there's no valid place in the human race for you. I hear Mars is a lovely place this time of the year; you might want to give it a looksie. <.<
