Squee-Challenge, Day Two

'Fear Me, I Killed All Of Them' -- The Doctor by equixen.
Honestly, I can't just pin down one thing about the Fanvids that is just absolutely perfect, with the beginning of people lined up to fight, as well as fading into the shots of the Doctor when the bad things start happening. "No matter how many breaths that you took, you still couldn't breathe" alternating between Ten in the cafe and Ten's Hope Spot near the end of "The End of Time", the voice clips (and no, I haven't watched "The Waters Of Mars" yet *, but Ten's "Time Lord Victorious" line still hits me hard), the whole "the love we had" montage of the companions leaving...it's a heartwrenching video, but goddamn is it brilliant.

This one is just straight up amazing. Seriously, amazing. It really does a wonderful job at showing Anakin's transformation into Vader. I've always thought of "Imaginary" as a good Anakin song, and I think that video may have been the origin of that idea. I especially love the bridge part, with the voice clips of "I feel lost" and "The Dark Side of the Force is a pathway to many abilities some would consider to be unnatural" overlaying Anakin making his fateful choice, as well as at the more echoey, violent bits, putting in parts of Anakin slowly slipping into becoming Vader. And the ending...yeah, I'll admit that brings me close to the brink of crying.
My Eyes by qkellie. Because it's a wonderful tribute to Series Three of DOCTOR WHO, and very well-put-together. And very deep, to boot.
* To tell the truth, sort of like with "Midnight", I'm dreading it. Not because it's bad, but because I know it will break my heart/terrify me.
