Pick 10 of your OTPs and post the one song you associate most with them and why. Extra brownie points for posting the lyrics and/or a download to the actual song!
1. Chick/Critic.
Always by Saliva. Mostly because of these lyrics:
I love you
I hate you
I can't get around you
I breathe you
I taste you
I can't live without you
I just can't take anymore
This life of solitude
I guess then I'm out the door
And now I'm done with you
Mostly because their relationship's...quite a complicated thing. (See Kickassia, for example)
2. Luke/Vader.
Haunted by Evanescence. Mostly regarding their creepy stalker tendencies towards each other...Vader intentionally, Luke very unintentionally. Yes, I know it's Squick. :p
3. Arawn/Sion.
Closer by Burn Season. (Also an option for Sion/Kreia, but I think "Love The Way You Lie" fits better) Just...look at the lyrics:

You say
There's something that's wrong in my head
So I like to bleed
Obviously, considering that Sion's the Lord of Pain. Could apply to Arawn and Sion's duel on Malachor V, when she's eroding Sion's will.
And
Don't say that it's over
I'd kill to be closer
...
But to me
I will wait
And I'll take
Anything
With your name
Don't say that it's over
You can't live without me
Mostly referring to how Sion's basically hunting Arawn all over the galaxy in order to find her. She hates and fears him (before growing to pity him), he adores her. Tragedy ensues. :(
4. Arawn/Atton.
Dig by Incubus. Mostly referring to their close friendship.

5. Aragorn/Arwen.
Not exactly a song as much as a poem, but "The Lay of Leithian". Even though Arwen doesn't go with Aragorn on the Quest (which blows. :/), the essence of the poem is, basically, the essence of Aragorn and Arwen. The immortal elf sacrificing the grace of her people for the man she loves.
As for a song example, the absolutely gorgeous "Ghost Love Score" by Nightwish. www.youtube.com/watch According to TV Tropes' Power of Love page, it's about two lovers who separate and reunite -- made AWESOME! (http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/ThePowerOfLove) I can't exactly say if that's what Nightwish meant, but it sounds a lot like Aragorn/Arwen to me. And if there isn't a video made to this...then there's something seriously wrong with the world. XD
6. Visas/Brianna.
The beautiful song from ROTK (sung by Liv Tyler!) that plays while Eowyn's in the Houses of Healing. It's very emotional (hello, angst!), and it always reminds me of this beautiful conversation between Visas and Brianna, which starts with this simple line:
VISAS: I had a question for you, sister of the Echani. The Exile...what does he look like?
Seriously, check out the clip for yourself. My description scarcely does it justice.

7. Anakin/Padme.
Pieces by Red. Mostly because like Ghost Love Score, it's about two lovers who are separated and reunited...albeit in a different way. :)
8. Kreia/Sion.
Love The Way You Lie by Eminem ft. Rihanna. It's about a mutually abusive relationship, and "mutually abusive" definitely describes Kreia and Sion to a T. (Seriously, I think the Nostalgia Chick would wince if she found out about it. I mean...she may not be the nicest to the Critic, to put it mildly, but she knows where to draw the line)
9. Linkara/Marz.
Your Guardian Angel by The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus. Most predominantly when he goes to rescue her during Kickassia after she steps on one of Baugh's mines.
That and...other stuff. But then again, Linkara's quite a chivalrous fellow in general. :)
10. Sokka/Yue.
Winter by Tori Amos. Especially considering the fact that I'm going with the idea of "just when Yue begins to live, she has to sacrifice herself for the sake of her people". I wish Shyamalan had gone with it; it may have been hard to translate to screen, yes, but I think it's even more chilling and tragic the way they did it in the cartoon.
Thoughts?
