Mostly on my mom's insistence. We were intending to watch it earlier and stuff like that, but let's say that real life stuff got in the way. Anyway, how was it? It was really good! Loved it. :)

Chapter Twenty Three: Downfall

Author's Notes: Well, this is nearly the end. It's been a fun ride, really. I'm going to miss this. Also, really liked this chapter. I really think it wrapped up the Battle of Yavin nicely.

That's a good question. In terms of day, I'd pick "I See Fire" by Ed Sheeran if only because of my recently seeing Desolation of Smaug in the cinema. That or, in terms of mood in general of the day -- well, I think I'd pick this. I think it's just the general sort of thought, the sort of mood and the wonder, some of the down-ness that came with it, for lack of a better word, but ultimately the joy. That and the wonder. Seeing Smaug in the cinemas, seeing Doctor Who, spending time with my mom...things like that. That and writing. I think it was definitely a wonderful day overall, and I'm glad. Wonderful days can be occasionally hard to find.
(That and...well, it is the Christmas holidays, and they are wonderful in the end. I think it's spending time with your family, watching Christmas movies, things like that...I think it's those things that are definitely wonderful. Although I can't say that I've had the chance to watch Christmas movies with my aunt. I'll have to fix that)
