I like quite a few incest pairings (be it incest between siblings or between parent and child), and Vader/Luke is definitely one of them. I agree about their dynamics in the last two movies. Also, I think Luke has such a hero worship for Anakin before knowing that Anakin and Vader are the same person, and even after he knows it, and after Vader cuts off his arm FFS this admiration is still firm... Playing with it and take to another level can be fun :D I don't mind Vader being sexually dominant (ehm... I mean... it's hard for me to picture OT Vader having sex, but whatever) or dominant in the relationship with Luke.
I also like Vader/Leia. Though here, Leia is the dominant :D
