That and it made my inner STAR WARS nerd crow in glee. :3
I will admit, about the movie...*sighs* If it weren't for the whole Dude Not Funny factor, it could have actually been an interesting story. But FFS, *leave the Titanic out of this*! /end soapboxing. Sorry.

Especially when he was looking in the mirror and crying. *Torn between laughing and wanting to hug him forever -- decides to hug him instead*

But yeah, the dumb explanations for the talking animals, the shark gangs, the giant octopus, the lack of synchronicity when it came to certain characters' voices (was this movie dubbed?), not to mention the blank, vacuous face of Elizabeth (Snow White had more lifelike facial expressions than she did!) all combined to ensure that this movie was not good.

And yeah...*this*. :( I will admit, though, the octopus -- he should have been in a better movie, IMHO. :/

I wonder...would the "Phantom Menace" technically count as a nostalgic film, considering that it was made in 1999 (I think)? Since it's part of a trilogy, the Critic would be expected to do the rest, which wouldn't really count as nostalgic, but it would still be cool if he reviewed the prequels. :)

And yeah...it would be cool if the Critic reviewed the prequels. Definite bonus if they got the entire site to participate. :3
