ladyofleithian | Watched THE NIGHTMARE BEFORE CHRISTMAS for the billionth or so time...

...and all I can say is that I'm overwhelmed, once again, with Jack Skellington love. Hell, the movie in general has some awesome characters (including a great villain, Oogie Boogie), some great songs (not only the musical numbers like "What's This" and "Sally's Song" -- sorry about possible misuse of the term; I can't think of the proper term at the moment -- but the score as well; Danny Elfman's awesome. :3), and beautiful animation on top of that. Plus, great moments of humor (the Easter Bunny scene, for instance), etc. -- honestly, it's definitely a good diversion from angsting over the RR-verse and its logistics.
