Okay, since I don't really know you that well, I'm going to base my character on your icon. ;) But no, not Anakin. Obi Won... tell me your thoughts and whatnot on Obi. ♥

Why I like them: For starters, Obi-Wan has a pretty wicked sense of humor. And moxie. I mean, casually greeting Grievous with "Hello there"? That takes a lot of guts. And it's obvious he's devoted to the Jedi Code, wants the best for Anakin, and is generally a nice person.

Why I don't: I won't deny that he can get a little self-righteous sometimes, honestly. I definitely know that his statement of "Only the weak embrace the Dark Side" in the Clone Wars episode "The Lawless" is one of my least favorite moments from him.

Favourite Season: N/A

Favorite episode: AotC. A lot of Obi-Wan-being-awesome in there, IMHO.

Favourite Line: "We have a job to do, Anakin; try not to upset [Grievous]." That never fails to get me, in a good way. XD Also, "You are strong and wise, Anakin, and I am very proud of you." It's one of those moments where you really see how deeply Obi-Wan actually cares for Anakin.

Favorite outfit: His robe in ROTS.

OTP: Obi-Wan/Sabe. It's been an OTP for me ever since I was a teenager.

Brotp: Obi-Wan/Anakin. They have a very complex relationship, and that's awesome, IMHO.

Unpopular opinion: Honestly, I can't think of any.

A wish: Can't say. Been a bit out of Star Wars Lucas and Filoni canon for some time.

Padme Amidala

First off, adorable icon is adorable. Seriously.

Why I like them: Clever, full of integrity, a lot of hope and belief, brave, idealistic, kind.

Why I don't: Occasionally bad at the judge of character thing.

Favourite Season: N/A

Favorite episode: Episode I. She was just so cool there!

Favourite Line: "I was not elected to watch my people suffer and die while you discuss this invasion in committee!" Right on, Padme. Right on. Also, her speech to Boss Nass where she asks for his help.

Favorite outfit: Gah, so many, but I think the meadow picnic outfit is my favorite.

OTP: Anakin/Padme

Brotp: Padme + Obi-Wan

Unpopular opinion: Can't say, really.

A wish: Her to get a cameo via hologram or journal or something in Episode Eight or Nine.

I just re-watched her arc in TPM and man. I love her so much. She bested Palpatine! He didn't expect any of her actions in the end. I wish fandom noticed that a little bit more. (Hell, I wish canon noticed that a little bit more.)

Leia (EU or Canon, or mishmash)

Why I like them: Kind, witty, brave, warm, wise, good to the less fortunate (Wicket, for example), capable, clever, patriotic.

Why I don't: She can definitely get vicious sometimes. For example, towards poor Lando when Chewie was strangling him.

Favourite Season: N/A

Favorite episode: Pretty much all of what she's appeared in so far. I can't say I have a favorite.

Favourite Line: "No matter how much we fought, I always hated watching you leave." Honestly, everything about that scene in TFA is just...I can't think of a good word for how much it melts my heart. Carrie Fisher and Harrison Ford worked amazingly well together in that scene, and it's so bittersweet just because of what happens to Han later on.

Favorite outfit: The Bespin dress is gorgeous.

OTP: Han/Leia. Enough said.

Brotp: Luke and Leia.

Unpopular opinion: I don't really subscribe to the headcanons people have about Han being the bad parent and Leia the good parent, or vice versa. I think they were both very flawed in their own ways but still thought the galaxy of their son. It just seems more in-character for Leia. Plus, judging by Leia's, "Luke is a Jedi. You're [Ben/Kylo's] father", Ben/Kylo was likely pretty close to his dad before he fell. (I could go on about the nuances of that bridge scene too, but this is Leia's comment)

A wish: Having a good send-off to Leia's character considering the death of Carrie Fisher last year.

An oh-god-please-dont-ever-happen: Anything that's the opposite of the wish above.

In regards to your unpopular opinion, I am of the mind that neither was the bad parent, per se, but that there were a lot of factors in play that prevented Leia from fully reaching her son, and Han was uncertain of how to help? But that's probably because I'm very much a fan of the EU, and those two aspects played a bit into their relationship with their kids over there.

I like your interpretation a great deal. I haven't read much of the old EU, admittedly (I have read some of the NJO, DN, etc. but not much of the Bantam stuff), but I really like your interpretation.
