Lando's ability to take *reluctant* command is neatly portrayed - I always sympathized with his portrayal in ESB, and the way that he did come through for the right thing, in the end. If he'd resisted right away, he'd be ground up as sausage immediately! He stalled and thus got the upper hand eventually.
