I don't why SUP can't see what they are doing, except I've been told by Russian users that SUP is really bad at customer relations.

Yeah, a really shitty company. Or it's come under really shitty management. We could hope it goes bankrupt, but that won't happen soon enough.

Indeed they are! :D If only I knew how to make them, really; I know the ones on Tumblr look *wonderful*.

And yeah, I definitely agree. That or they come to their senses, which I really doubt will happen. :/
