I really do want to go back to SW, believe me - but I've been a dedicated fan for a long time and it just feels like every single time I raise my hopes, Lucas & co. just crush them over again. I've had too many disappointments from SW. I might try the Citadel trilogy, to see if it's more my thing, but honestly... I'm just over it. I'm over Anakin-apologists, I'm over Ahsoka (who I liked as a character on her own but not as Anakin's padawan), I'm over the lack of Obi-Wan, I'm over the awful EU books...

I'll give the Citadel trilogy a try, though.
